Dr Syntax and Pete Cannon have been touring as an MC and DJ duo since 2010.
Both reputed solo artists in their own right, their albums ‘Killer Combo!', 'Elaborate Anoraks' and their live show combine witty lyricism, gob-smackingly banging beats and general tomfoolery to great effect.
Dr Syntax has been a well-known face on the UK Hip Hop scene since he appeared on Foreign Beggars' ‘Asylum Speakers' album in 2004. Since then he has released numerous albums including 2012's ‘A Slice of Fried Gold' with Tom Caruana, and performed at countless shows worldwide. In recent he has been gaining a whole new level of exposure as frontman for acclaimed Manchester Hip Hop band The Mouse Outfit, whose debut album ‘Escape Music' features Syntax on a majority of the tracks.
Blackpool-born Pete Cannon has had an incredibly prolific couple of years, having produced for top UK Hip[ Hop acts such as Dirty Dike, Lunar C, Verb T, Detroit rap legend Guilty Simpson and even produced a top 10 chart hit for Rizzle Kicks.
